The terms, in plain words.

01Use at Your Own Risk

Our tools are provided “as is”, without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. You use them at your own discretion and on your own responsibility. We do not guarantee any specific result, performance gain, or that a tool will work on your particular hardware or Windows configuration.

Every one of our tools is built and tested for Windows 11 only. Running one on an older version of Windows is unsupported: the app tells you so on launch and lets you carry on if you choose to, but parts of it are written against Windows 11 specifically and will simply do nothing there, and none of it has been verified.

02You Are in Control When You Click Apply

Nothing is changed on your system until you choose to apply it. In SealTweaks that means selecting tweaks and pressing Apply; in Seal Utility it means switching a tool on or confirming a change; in SealClicker it means binding your keys and pressing your toggle key. When you do, you confirm that you understand what the change does and that you accept any consequences of running it.

03Create a Restore Point First

Before applying changes with SealTweaks or Seal Utility we strongly recommend enabling “Create a restore point first” so Windows can be rolled back if something behaves unexpectedly. Every tweak also has a documented, manual way back to the Windows default. Choosing not to create a restore point is your decision and your responsibility.

04No Liability for Damage or Data Loss

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for:

• defective, unstable or damaged computer components or software;
• lost data, corrupted profiles, or settings that stop working as expected;
• downtime, failed updates, or time spent troubleshooting or reinstalling;
• any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the tools.

05Third-Party Software and Games

SealClicker automates keyboard and mouse input, Seal Downloader saves media you point it at, and Seal Utility can change how games and other programs run on your PC. You are solely responsible for using them in line with the terms of service, rules or licence of any software, game or service you use them with. We are not responsible for account actions, bans or other consequences imposed by a third party.

06Your Responsibilities

• Only run the tools on a computer you own or are authorised to modify.
• Read each tweak’s explanation before applying it.
• Keep your own backups of anything important.
• Do not use the tools for any unlawful purpose.

07Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the tools change. The version shown here, with its “last updated” date, is the one that applies. Continuing to use the tools after an update means you accept the revised terms.
